Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet guests warmly, manage efficient check-in/check-out processes, and handle all payments and invoicing accurately using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System).
- Manage telephone enquiries, email correspondence, and room bookings, upselling facilities and local attractions in Guildford where appropriate.
