Following client holiday parties or corporate events, teams are assembled for intensive clean-ups, ensuring the office is immaculate for the next business day.

You will typically work as part of a dedicated cleaning team, each member responsible for specific zones or floors within a building. Team sizes range from 2 to 10, depending on the site's size.
- Site Supervisor: Every contract has an experienced on-site supervisor who provides daily briefings, quality checks, and is your first point of contact for any issues or supply needs.
- Buddy System: New starters are paired with a seasoned colleague for the first week to learn site-specific procedures, ensuring you feel confident and integrated quickly.

Key Conduct Guidelines:
- Discretion & Privacy: Cleaning staff are often in spaces with confidential information. Strict non-disclosure and respect for privacy are mandatory.
- Communication: Polite and clear communication is valued. If you need to access an occupied area, a simple"Excuse me, may I clean this meeting room?" is all that's required.
