Core Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare tender and contract documents, and analyse subcontractor quotations.
- Assess and certify subcontractor payments, managing any claims or disputes.
Reporting & Risk Management
- Produce regular financial reports for project managers and directors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain meticulous records of all commercial documentation.
Essential Skills & Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this Camden-based role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record and the following qualifications:
Professional Qualification: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable.
