Jobseeker guide
What is temp recruitment?
Temp recruitment covers short-term and project-based work rather than fixed, permanent contracts. Instead of committing to one employer indefinitely, you work assignments that suit your schedule — which is exactly why it works so well around West Drayton's warehouse and logistics shift patterns.
For employers, temping means paying only for the cover you actually need, trialling candidates before offering something permanent, and filling urgent gaps fast. For candidates, it means flexibility around other commitments, the chance to try different workplaces, and often a higher hourly rate than an equivalent permanent role, since employers aren't locking in a long-term contract.
