Key Responsibilities
- Thorough Cleaning: Ensure immaculate cleanliness of guest bedrooms & bathrooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, trash disposal, sanitizing high-touch areas)
- Linen Handling: Change and make beds to brand standards, restock towels and amenities, organize wardrobes and desks
- Attention to Detail: Check for maintenance issues, report lost & found, spot any guest needs
- Teamwork & Communication: Work seamlessly alongside supervisors, porters, and other hotel teams; respond to guest requests with professionalism and a smile

Day in the Life: What to Expect
Start your shift with a friendly briefing, where your supervisor will assign today’s rooms and provide any guest updates. You’ll gather fresh linens and your cleaning caddy at the supply room. As you move from room to room, you’ll make beds, replace towels, scrub bathrooms, empty bins, dust, and vacuum so every space shines.
Throughout the shift, you may interact with guests, offering a cheerful greeting or accommodating a special request. You’ll work with speed and precision to meet targets. At the end of your shift, you’ll check in with your supervisor, highlight any issues found, and tidy your trolley and supplies.
