Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred medical care and treatment within a defined clinical setting, adhering to GMC guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop effective management plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records using relevant clinical systems.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, Site Managers of clinical facilities, and allied health professionals.
• Participate in clinical audits, governance meetings, and contribute to service improvement initiatives as required by the placement.
• Manage varying patient caseloads efficiently, ensuring safe and effective service delivery during periods of staff absence or increased demand.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a valid license to practise.
• Proven post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., General Practice, Acute Medicine, Psychiatry, etc.).
• Excellent clinical skills, judgement, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of NHS procedures and clinical governance (for NHS placements) or equivalent private sector standards.
